Candidate must have a valid WA driver’s license, clean driving record, and a dependable vehicle. Must be able to travel on short notice and be able to acquire a US Passport. Ideal candidate will have low voltage electrical experience and card. Physical Requirements: Able to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, climb multiple levels of stairs while carrying equipment. Candidate must have visual and hand dexterity capabilities to work with low voltage wiring and to sit for long periods of time while programming data into computers onsite. Job Responsibilities / Duties: Perform waterproof membrane scans using proprietary low voltage equipment, install proprietary low voltage monitoring system, produce written reports and as-built drawings, inspect installations of others (QA, QC), coordinate with contractors. Use computer programs including MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook. Description of duties: The candidate will be responsible for scanning waterproof membranes on roofs and plaza decks with a number of specialized low voltage devices. Candidate will learn and be responsible for installing our proprietary membrane monitoring system. Reporting and accurate documentation of site visits for Roof Membrane Integrity Scans, Forensic Scans, and all QA / QC Inspections. Jobs that require detailed designs are documented and as-built plans produced using Visio, AutoCAD, or other drawing programs. Coordinate schedules for system installations and scans through our contractors (roofing and electrical) at designated jobsites throughout the Northwest. Provide training and / or documentation for installation specifications of system requirements for Contractors. Candidate may input data programming for onsite computers which requires long periods of sitting without chairs or office equipment to support a laptop.
